'Dazed and Confused' - KS4 Mental Health Workshop, Exam Stress

Addressing anxiety and mental health in relation to exam stress, 'Dazed and Confused' was first piloted in Kirklees in 2004. It is a drama project aimed at young people aged 14+. The project focuses on issues prioritised by the individual target groups. Through exploring domestic life and internal/external pressures, the project explores the factors that result in stress as well as potential ways of dealing with it including relaxation.

Evaluation	"A real chance to share thoughts on what stress is and how to tackle it." Year 11 student
